**“Agili e solidi, ora l’obiettivo è 4 miliardi” (“Agile and solid, now the goal is 4 billion”)**

In 15 years, Lavazza has tripled its turnover, going from 1.1 billion euros in 2010 to 3.3 billion in 2024. And exports, which accounted for about 40%, now account for 70% of turnover. Interview to Giuseppe Lavazza, president of Lavazza: “We have become skilled not so much in leading transformation, but in being leaders during transformation”.
