Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has recently announced that it is in the process of acquiring Dutch food group JDE Peet's, a coffee specialist and owner of the L'Or and Jacques Vabre brands, for €15.7 billion. This agreement will create a global coffee champion through the combination of North America's leading single-serve coffee platform with JDE Peet's global portfolio of coffee brands, which include L’Or, Senseo, Jacques Vabre, Maxwell House and Grand’Mère.
