A research project by Nespresso and Ainem (Italian Association of Neuromarketing) measures the connections between coffee, emotions and Italianity thanks to neuroscience: from measuring the heartbeat, to the cutaneous response on the skin, to emotional indicators to explore the unconscious relationship of Italians with coffee.
