Caffè, le nuove origini (Coffee, new origins)

A new type of customer is looking for something new and treats coffee like wine. It is a consumer share to intercept because it is willing to pay more to discover something new. This has led to a renewed attention to the origins but also at the entry of new or  little-considered countries.
