The Spanish association Incapto reports that two-thirds of the beans from which we obtain our espresso or decaffeinated coffee come from farmers in difficulty: 44% of them live in poverty and 20% in extreme poverty. The commitment of the Spanish association to spreading a culture of sustainable consumption of the drink, also by offering a small tour to discover the symbolic places of production.
