Carte Noire (Lavazza group) is launching a new coffee called "Cuvée de caractère." This coffee is rich in Arabica, to which 10% Robusta beans are added, slowly fermented for up to 72 hours in a vat to reveal the almond and ripe grape aromas of this “cuvée”.
