Despite rampant inflation that has been causing panic in the markets for several years, coffee has never been consumed so much. As a result, the number of coffee shops in France is exploding, up 74% in ten years. The 6^th edition of the Paris Coffee Show, which took place at the Parc Floral from September 13^th to 15^th, saw its attendance jump by 48%.
