At beginning of January 2025, the 14th edition of the first-level of university master's degree in Ernesto Illy Coffee Economy and Science, created by illycaffè and the Ernesto Illy Foundation, kicked off. The educational program includes over 430 hours of lessons, delivered by 60 teachers in a hybrid format. Supporting illycaffè and the Ernesto Illy Foundation are the University of Trieste, the University of Udine, Sissa and the Area Science Park.
