The group closed the period with consolidated turnover of 595.3 million euros (down 13.3 %) and EBITDA (before non-recurring liabilities) of 48.2 mln (down 23.6 %). According to a note issued by the Board, net debt totalled 229.8 milion euros, down by 165.9 mln on June 30 2008. Net profits from Group activities stood at 3.9 million euros, as against the 12.9 mln of 2008. There was, however, an improvement in the net industrial margin, in percentage of revenues, which rose from 40.6% to 42.5%. As in the first quarter, the shrinkage in revenues, (the note continues), was proportionally more accentuated for the Professional division (-23.5%, at 156.4 mln, compared to the Household division (-10.1% at 444.4 mln). Both heating and industrial air-conditioning suffered in the slump of the property sector and capital investments.  More satisfying, although still a negative figure, was the development of the domestic area.
