illy chiude con Rhône Capital (illy, deal with Rhône Capital is finalized)

illycaffè has finally closed the deal with Rhône Capital. The private equity fund has in fact acquired 20% of share of the premium global coffee brand from Trieste. The Illy family has chosen the private equity firm with the goal to have a strategic partner to accompany the company into the stages of an international growth, especially in the United States. The closing follows the agreement signed last November.
