The masters course, which is open to graduates of five-year courses in economics, engineering, science, agriculture and political sciences, will take place in the academic year of 2010-2011 in Trieste and will last four months, full time. Inspired by Ernesto Illy s scientific and managerial approach, and with the objective of acknowledging his cultural inheritance, the masters is organised by a group of partners that excel in the sector: the University of Trieste, the University of Udine, Ernesto Illy Foundation, Universita del Caffe , SISSA (Trieste international school of superior studies), the Consorzio di Biomedicina Molecolare and the Distretto del caffe Trieste.
