illycaffè is preparing for a Wall Street listing. This is expected by the end of the year—or, at the latest, in the first quarter of 2027. Andrea Illy’s company is working with at least three financial advisors to assess the best timing for entering the capital markets, particularly given the geopolitical climate; however, the decision has reportedly already been made, according to financial and legal sources close to the matter.
