illycaffè and Gruppo Cimbali are launching the 30th edition of 'Maestri dell’espresso junior', the coffee competition dedicated to professional hotel and catering institutes. A project that boasts a long history of success, the result of the close collaboration between 'Università del Caffè', illy's center of excellence created to spread the culture of sustainable quality to producers, baristas and catering professionals, and Mumac academy, the Cimbali coffee machine academy for the training of professionals and coffee lovers and the promotion of coffee culture.
