Global warming is bringing coffee cultivation to its knees. A study by Climate Central analyzes the effects of climate change over the last five years on one of the world's most consumed products. Brazil, which produces 40% of the world's coffee, is among the countries hardest hit by "excessive hot days," which are devastating for the plants: more than 70 per year. Supply chain prices are skyrocketing.
