Iginio Massari, the "Master of the Masters" Italian pastry chefs, internationally recognized and multiple world pastry champion, chooses the Specialty Coffees of the new 1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza line to dedicate a new coffee experience to the guests of his patisseries in Milan, Turin and Brescia. The blend chosen by Master Iginio Massari for his pastry shops is Cocoa Rebel: an expert mosaic of selected coffees originating from Java, Colombia and Brazil, which in tasting combines the unmistakable identity of chocolate with notes of cinnamon and orange jam.
