The Italian Space Agency has joined Lavazza coffee to develop the galaxy's first zero-gravity espresso machine. Astronauts can draw water from their supplies using a standard zero-grav drinking pouch and hook it up to a modified coffee-capsule machine, which will suck the water up, force it through the coffee and pump it back into the pouch for an authentic espresso. They are insisting one be installed on board the International Space Station.
