Lavazza\'s shareholders have approved the Italian coffee company\'s consolidated accounts for 2007, which show a 12.3 per cent increase in revenues to 1.04bn euros. EBITDA came in at 177m euros and net profits rose from 64.3m to 68.5m euros. Meanwhile, the management of Lavazza has been reshuffled. Former vice-chairman and CEO Alberto Lavazza becomes chairman, replacing Emilio Lavazza who takes the role of honorary president. Giuseppe Lavazza, the son of Emilio, becomes vice-chairman with responsibility for marketing.
