Lavazza has no plans for listing on the stock exchange: this was stated by the ceo Antonio Baravalle presenting the 2020 data. "We have no projects of this kind at the moment. I believe that those who decide to go public do so for three reasons: the first is to recover resources, the second is to give themselves new internal operational governance tools, the third is to give flexibility to shareholders who want to take different paths. We have none of these reasons".
