Lavazza adapte son modèle a une instabilité devenue structurelle (Lavazza is adapting its model to an instability that has become structural)

The global coffee environment faces structural instability due to rising green coffee prices (+325% since 2021), climate disruptions, logistical issues, geopolitical tensions, and regulatory uncertainties, leading to a 2.4% volume decline in 2025. Lavazza confirms its capacity to absorb shocks while maintaining value creation, with a 15.7% increase in revenue to €3.9 billion and an EBITDA of €340 million (+8.8%), despite margin erosion from inflation and cost pressures.
