In two coffee plantations of Guatemala and Ethiopia, a dream created in Trieste is taking place: the virtuous agriculture, the project illycaffè's president is working on. "We created a model that seizes carbon from the air and re-generates land with organic substances, making it more fertile and improving natural defenses against pathogens" explains Andrea Illy.
