Piece of news on a Swiss study on eco-compatibility of different type of coffee and coffee preparation methods. According to their "eco-balances", coffee origin can guarantee that a coffee is sustainable, while for coffee preparation, it looks like that moka (the Italian style coffee pot) is the "greenest" method for coffee preparation.
