Starbucks tests takeaway cup charge in attempt to cut waste

Starbucks is becoming the first coffee chain in Britain to test a controversial "latte levy" - a 5p charge on drinks sold in takeaway cups. The company also offers a 25p discount for customers who bring in a reusable mug or tumbler.
