Interview to Cristina Scocchia, illycaffè ceo, explaining that what the coffee industry is going through is "a deep and prolonged storm." She says: “The price of coffee at the bar has increased by 24%, but the cost of Arabica has risen by 80%, from about 170 to over 300 US cents per pound. Companies like us have absorbed most of the increase."
