The Italian coffee excellences challenged each other in an unmissable event entirely dedicated to the quality chain: the Italian championships of SCA Italy, the Italian delegation of the Specialty Coffee Association, the most authoritative world association for the promotion of excellence in the world of coffee. The finals were held in Rimini from 21 to 25 January 2023 within the international trade fair Sigep.
