The University of Turin and Lavazza recently signed a collaboration agreement a three-year research, innovation and training: the future of coffee, the coffee of the future, activation of research projects aimed at addressing the challenges of coffee sector in terms of sustainability, valorisation of raw material and innovation in the agricultural field, and much more.
