The story begins in Naples, where coffee is a daily ritual that brings people together, a pleasure for all.

In 1997, after gaining experience in his family's small roasting business, Massimo Renda founded "Aromatika S.r.l." and quickly recognized the enormous potential of the single-serve coffee sector.

This keen insight would prove to be the key to the future success of Caffè Borbone, which was
established in 1999.

The mission: To become a part of people's daily lives with authentic scents, aromas, and flavors, sharing the deep love for the Neapolitan land and an unwavering commitment to excellence – because everyone deserves truly good coffee, no exceptions.

In 2018, Italmobiliare, an investment holding of the Pesenti family, acquired a 60% stake, and
Caffè Borbone rapidly ascended to become a leading brand in the Italian coffee landscape.
Massimo Renda continues to serve as its chairman.

Since 2023, Caffè Borbone has been a proud member of the E.S.E. consortium and a valued
member of its board of directors.
