KENYA: An uncommonly fine coffee, full-bodied, full-bodied and with pleasant acidity. Notes of chocolate and citrus fruits, natural or sometimes candied, are noticeable in the aftertaste.
Single-origin coffee comes exclusively from a single country. Each plantation develops unique characteristics compared to the others; it is the territorial and climatic conditions, selection and field experimentation that make single-origin coffees so special and exclusive. Indeed, this uniqueness is carefully guarded and passed down from generation to generation. It is the "differences" that are at the heart of single-origins. Traditional blends attenuate and, in a sense, standardize flavors, single-origin, on the other hand, enhances each particularity and each difference allowing us to distinguish the flavors that characterize their origin. Single-origins allow us to travel to unknown lands with each taste.
